The Med Spa Wimberley is a medically directed practice. When you contact us about a treatment, tell us about a skin concern, complete a medical evaluation with our Medical Director, or attend an appointment, we collect information about your health, your medical history and the treatments you receive. We collect it only to provide care safely and to meet the record keeping our Medical Director and Texas law require of us.

We do not sell health information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes of any kind. We share it only with the clinicians involved in your care, with the systems we use to run the practice and take bookings, and where the law requires us to.

Appointment and treatment records are held in our booking system, which is operated on our behalf by Boulevard and is separate from this website. Inquiries you send through the form on this website reach us by email and are not clinical records.

Google Ads. We advertise on Google. We do not send your name, email address, health details or appointment details to Google. When you arrive on our site from a Google ad, Google receives the address of the page you visited and whether you tapped to call us or to book. If you call a phone number shown in or after a Google ad, Google receives the calling number and the time and length of the call; calls are not recorded. We do not use visits to this website to show you Google ads elsewhere.

We also use Google Analytics and Boulevard's booking analytics to understand how visitors use our site and book appointments.

This website also uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta which pages of this website were visited.

Security of your personal information
